In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating care services for our senior clients, ensuring high-quality support that meets their needs in the comfort of their own homes. This position may also involve working with our Assisted Living facility partners.

Requirements: (Must meet all requirements below to be considered for this opportunity)
✅ WA State NAC Certification (Required)
✅ Nurse Delegation Certification (or willingness to complete)

✅Must be flexible and available to respond to calls, emails, and texts outside of regular hours when needed
✅The ability to work nights or weekends as needed
✅Answer and communicate with the office scheduling team or on-call manager within 1 hour of contact
✅Willingness to cover additional shifts as a last resort
✅Willing to serve clients in Washington and North Idaho
✅ Ability to complete additional certifications as assigned
✅ Must have reliable transportation and be an approved driver
✅ No allergies that would prevent visiting clients in their home
✅ Smoke-free workplace requirement
✅ Must be able to work independently while also collaborating as part of a team
✅ Strong computer, office, and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee care services for clients in their homes and assisted living facilities
- Assess client needs and report changes or additional concerns to the care team
- Ensure caregiver assignments are appropriately matched to client needs
- Communicate effectively with caregivers, clients, and families to provide top-quality service
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for compliance and efficiency
